You can't really be interested in anything if you never put any effort into that interest. Example if you want to be a singer if you are not putting any effort into bettering your vocal skills or learning about the industry to become a singer how can you expect anyone to take you serious when you say you want to be a singer.

If you are not putting in the effort to better your craft or better your skills with whatever it is that you are interested in no one will put in the effort to take you serious. Lack of effort indicates lack of interest. Blessings & Love~ AJ The Writer
