Change Your Vision

In order to get different you have to do different and that starts with the way you see things. For example if you have a small business you can't look at things on a small business level. If you looked at it as such you will never make it to big corporation status. So, what if it's just you running your business you run it as if you have 100 employees working for you from the start, so that when you are put in the positions of having employees you are already use to running your business as such.
