Alexis D. Smith-Jones (AJ the Writer)

Alexis Smith-Jones was born in Miami, FL, where she resided and lived up until 2009, making Atlanta, GA, her home. She has always had a passion for writing that started as early as age 7.

Alexis is not afraid of challenges, and she welcomes them. She views each journey as the beginning of something beautiful. Although her path has not been picture perfect, Alexis is determined to make it the best that it can be. She goes through life, finding the positive in whatever situation she comes in contact with on her life's journey.

Finding inspiration in everything and everybody, her good nature to help those through the good times and the bad. Past experiences have allowed her to face and overcome many obstacles, but that has not stopped her drive.

Alexis plans to continue sharing her gift of writing with the world. She hopes to inspire others to go after their dreams and wants others to know that it's never too late to go after what you want.
